MEET JILL

I have a hint of spice in my “diva purrsonality”.

Yes, I'm beautiful. Thank you for noticing.
Nobody has picked Jill yet and we’re afraid she's getting discouraged. So please, let us tell you about her.

Jill is learning how to make lemonade out of lemons. Life was not easy before coming to HEART. She was found all alone on a highway with a broken hip – she was probably hit by car. Jill was already spayed and eartipped. At some point in her life she must have found her way to a feral colony. Some kind person thought Jill was feral (she's not) and had her spayed and released her back outside.

Jill is a true alpha female with a definite hint of spice in her “diva purrsonality”. She is spunky and full of life – definitely not a shrinking violet. She's a tomboy and sometimes when she’s bored she resorts to rough play. Jill is an expert toy player and needs interactive toys to burn off her excess energy. Interactive play between Jill and her pet parent will help to enhance the bond between them. Upon adoption Jill will bring her own goodie bag of her favorite toys (Cat Dancer, catnip kick stick, and laser pointer).

A cozy bed, a nutritious meal, and a place to perch means a lot to this girl, who knows what it's like to have to scrounge for food for survival.

Jill is not fond of most other cats (especially females). She is a bit of a bully so a home with no other cats is best. An adults only home would also be ideal.

Jill is independent. She's not a snuggly cat (yet) but she's working on it in her foster home. She rubs up against her foster mom to be petted. Jill really wants affection and is starting to get that "maybe it's all gonna be OK" look in her face. If she could only get away from all those pesky cats in her foster home and had the individual love and attention only a family can give we have the feeling that Jill would really come into her own.

Jill is great. But Jill is...Jill. We will be having a cake the day somebody takes this feisty girl home. If this sassy girl has grabbed your heart, please let us know and we will arrange a “meet and greet”. (GO TO JILL'S PROFILE PAGE...)
